On April 21st and 22nd, ZUST held entrance interviews for the “Three-in-one” test. 1041 students are applying to ZUST. On the evening of April 21st, ZUST President Prof. Ye Gaoxiang had an open reception for candidates and their parents. The Deputy Party Secretary of ZUST Prof. Zhao Dongfu, Vice President Prof. Feng Jun, and ZUST Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission Dr. Li Zequan were also present for interview guidance. This year ZUST adopted an integrated checking system combining ID card, portrait and online enrollment for the first time to verify students’ identity.

It’s the 6th year that ZUST hosted the interviews of “Three-in-one” test. ZUST plans to recruit 160 students for three categories of majors: International Exchange, Comprehensive category and Design (Sino-German cooperative education). However, there are as many as 4778 applicants. According to the College Admission System Reform in Zhejiang Province, students can be enrolled in all these majors in advance. The shortlisted high school candidates, meeting the requirements of their optional subjects and designated special subjects, can choose more than one major in the same category when filling in their university application forms.

On the afternoon of April 21st, students who applied for International Exchange and Design took the foreign language proficiency test. On April 22nd, all the candidates finished their interview.
