ZUST Students Won Awards in China Robot Contest2016-11-23 16:30:00

        From Oct. 26th to Oct. 31st, China Robot Contest 2016 was held in Changsha, Hunan province. JT Robot Team from ZUST performed well in the tourism project of the contest. In this national contest, they were awarded four first prizes, three second prizes and two third prizes. ZUST has organized students to attend this contest for nine years consecutively, and achieved outstanding results. This year, the contest organization committee presented “The Best Organizer”—the only award for universities—to ZUST. In addition, ZUST also won the honorary title of “Excellent University Participant”. Chen Juntong and Yang Shujie, the ZUST teachers directing the team, were awarded the title of “Excellent Instructors in China Robot Contest”.
        This contest was sponsored jointly by the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA) and the University Teaching Advisory Board of Automation in the Ministry of Education. Nearly 1200 teams from 240 universities and colleges from 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities gathered to compete in 17 major categories and 39 sub-categories.
