Laser and Millimeter Wave Radar Research Institute of Civil-military Integration2017-04-18 08:24:00

   On April 11th, the signing and inaugurating ceremony of Laser and Millimeter Wave Radar Research Institute of Civil-military Integration and Collaborative Innovation between Zhejiang University of Science and Technology (ZUST) and No. 802 Research office of the Eighth Research Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation was held in A4-220 of ZUST. On behalf of the two sides respectively, vice president Wan Jian and deputy director from No. 802 Research Office Chen Qian signed the agreement.
    Representing ZUST, vice president Wan Jian welcomed the cooperation between No. 802 Research office and ZUST. He introduced the current status of ZUST development and showed great support for the research institute’s construction. He expressed his hope that the institute would remain united, cooperative with a positive team spirit, and achieve good research findings.
    Deputy director Chen Qian introduced the background and basic situation of the research institute. He stated that it would reach a new level in the fields of laser and radar research with the cooperation of both sides.
After the meeting, Wan Jian and Chen Qian jointly inaugurated the Laser and Millimeter Wave Radar Research Institute of Civil-military Integration and Collaborative Innovation.
Heads of related schools and functional departments, teachers and students attended the ceremony.
