ZUST Students Win the National First Prize in Chinese University Students Servic

The 8th Chinese University Students Service Outsourcing Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition came to a close on September 15th. Students of ZUST won one national first prize, one second and one third prize. The achievement ranked ZUST among the top universities in the province. This was the first time for ZUST to win the national first prize in Level A of this contest.
This contest was hosted by the Ministry of Education of China, the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Wuxi Municipal People’s Government. It was undertaken by the National Human Resources Institute for Service Outsourcing (NISO) and Jiangnan University (JNU). It attracted 1, 844 groups from nearly 400 universities from different provinces, cities, autonomous regions around China and from countries along The Belt and Road such as Indonesia, Kampuchea and Malaysia. 149 teams got through to the finals, participating in contests of Level A and Level B respectively.
During the finals, the four teams from ZUST passed basic knowledge tests, set up an exhibition booth for display and communications, and presented live demos. Finally, the Obsidian Technology Team outshined others and won the program, gaining itself the national first prize of Level A in Entrepreneur Assignment Group(Members: Lin Chuangwei and Chen Wei from class 151, Li Qiyao, Cai Jingnan and Sun Qi from class 152, Software Engineering major. Supervisors: Ma Weifeng and Cheng Zhigang). The Innovate Team won the national second prize of Level A in Entrepreneur Assignment Group (Members: Huang Pengxiao, Lin Weijie and Zhang Pingzuan from class 141, Hu Xiaofeng from class 142, and Jin Shenting from class 152, Software Engineering major. Supervisor: Cheng Zhigang). The Simplicity Sci-tech Team won the national third prize of Level A in Entrepreneur Assignment Group (Members: Yao Yicheng and Feng Haijing from class 152, Chen Zhengqiang, Huang Dongdong and Hu Hao from class 151, Software Engineering major. Supervisor: Ma Weifeng).
