ZUST and Cross-border Trading Town Sign Strategic Agreement on Talent Training

, "One Belt, One Road" International Culture and Arts Festival of Cross-border Trading Town and Hibigoo Cross-Border Life Experience Week were officially launched. ZUST President Prof. Ye Gaoxiang and Vice-President Zheng Youqu attended the ceremony.
At the opening of the ceremony, Mr. Chen Weiqiang, the Secretary of Xiacheng District Party Committee and President Ye Gaoxiang of ZUST inaugurated the establishment of Talent Training and Social Practice Base for Foreign Students. Mr. Shen Kaibo, the member of the Standing Committee of Xiacheng District and the Party Chief of the Cross-border Trading Town Management Committee, signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Prof. Zhen Youqu. According to the agreement and the cooperative objectives, ZUST will develop further cooperation with Cross-border Trading Town. The Town will introduce more long-term enterprise projects to offer opportunities for foreign interns including a mandate to receive practical training, entrepreneurial and social practice. With their joint efforts, a new platform of entrepreneurship will be forged for foreign students in Zhejiang Province.
Over forty foreign students from Russia, Ukraine etc. partook in the International Culture and Arts Festival. Costumes show of various countries presented cultural charisma; a medley of Chinese songs conveyed the profound aesthetic charm of Chinese language; Salsa group dancing ignited the passion; the dance of
Ambush on all Sides
was performed with distinctive glamour, along with ballet solo, duo Latin dance, hip-hop and so on. Foreign students also showed their traditional handicrafts like face-painting and hair braiding to visitors.
