ZUST and Shangcheng District Signed Strategic Agreement

On Dec. 15th afternoon, ZUST and the people’s government of Shangcheng District signed a strategic cooperation agreement on innovation and entrepreneurship in Jijin Town at South Yuhuang Mountain, Hangzhou.
The two sides agreed to jointly build the inter-University Consortium of integrating scientific and technological achievements of Hangzhou universities, carry out the collaborative development of scientific and technological achievements and technological innovation and entrepreneurship services, closely combine regional development needs, link up technology with finance, industry and other services, strengthen cooperation among governments, industries, universities and investments, promote the integrated development of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization. For their part, the people’s government will provide our students and teachers, and all who come to Shangcheng for entrepreneurship, with incubation services which include corresponding supporting policies like worksites, funds, project applications, project roadshow fairs, business guidance and other activities. The two sides will carry out regularly the summary and exchange activities, cooperate to organize high-level talent training, establish a high-level talent and recruitment and training system, strengthen school innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation by making use of platforms like ZUST University Science Park, coordinate policies, worksites, projects funds and other resources, and jointly carry out the University Science Park construction and hi-tech business incubator construction, etc..
