President of Shizuoka Institute of Science and Technology Visits ZUST

On the afternoon of March 30th, Professor Noguchi Hirosi, President of the Shizuoka Institute of Science and Technology from Japan with a 4-member delegation visited ZUST. Professor Gong Jianli, Party Secretary of ZUST, and Professor Ye Gaoxiang, President of ZUST, extended a warm welcome to them. Related officials of the International Office attended the meeting.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the current status of their universities and international cooperation respectively, and held a friendly negotiation on possible cooperation areas of interest. They also reached a preliminary agreement of cooperation on undergraduate exchange, young teachers’ cultivation and summer camp.
During the visit, Professor Masuda Masani and Professor Zhu Ning of Shizuoka Institute of Science and Technology held a lecture on “Study in Japan” which received a unanimous welcome from ZUST students.
