The meetings held in the following two days as scheduled involved not only the expert panel and Prof. Ye Gaoxiang (ZUST president), Pro. Wang Jianhua (General Secretary of University Party Committee) and the vice-presidents, but also teachers and staff, representative students, Joint Management Committee members of Chinese-German Institute of Engineering and officials from WTSH China Office. More details about the two majors’ running were reported.
ACQUIN is a non-government and non-profit organization recognized by German Accreditation Council. The certification issued by ACQUIN is authoritative in EU and worldwide. This is the first time for ZUST to receive accreditation from German higher education, and ZUST is also the first to do so among universities in Zhejiang province. It’s an important assessment of the university’s comprehensive competence and international cooperative education, and will definitely pave way for the future employment and further study of ZUST graduates in Chinese-German Institute of Engineering.
